Cleaning and Maintenance
After each use, it is recommended to gently wipe the paddle face with a clean, soft cloth to remove sweat, dust, and ball marks. For stubborn stains, a slightly damp cloth may be used; however, avoid alcohol or strong acidic/alkaline cleaners, as these can damage the carbon fiber coating or surface texture. If an overgrip is used on the handle, replace it regularly based on usage frequency to prevent sweat accumulation, which can cause slipperiness or unpleasant odors.
Structural Protection
During use and storage, avoid striking the paddle against hard objects or dropping it on the ground-especially on the edges. While the edge guard offers protection, prolonged, severe impacts can still damage the internal honeycomb structure. Additionally, avoid subjecting the paddle to heavy pressure or bending for extended periods, as this could compromise its overall balance and sweet spot performance.
Environmental and Condition Maintenance
Avoid exposing the paddle to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or humid environments-such as inside a car exposed to the sun or near water sources for long periods-as these conditions accelerate resin aging and adhesive failure. When not in use, store the paddle in its protective cover in a dry, well-ventilated area. Periodically inspect the paddle face for cracks and check the edges for looseness; early detection helps prevent unexpected performance drops during matches.
