The emergence of carbon fiber composites marked a pivotal turning point for modern tennis rackets. Carbon fiber enabled a balance between lightweight construction and high rigidity, allowing for larger racket heads and expanded sweet spots, which significantly increased the margin for error for players. Concurrently, stringing techniques and frame designs were refined, further enhancing spin and control capabilities.

 

The focus of tennis racket development gradually shifted from material substitution to structural optimization and performance specialization. Variations in head size, string pattern density, and balance points were fine-tuned to suit players with diverse playing styles. Additionally, the integration of aerodynamic designs, vibration-dampening systems, and smart data analysis transformed the racket from a simple tool into a piece of high-performance, customized sports equipment.
