Structural Concept
Badminton racket design prioritizes the rational distribution of forces. The frame must withstand high string tension and the impact of the shuttlecock; consequently, it typically employs composite materials and a hollow structure to disperse force evenly and prevent localized stress concentration. Meanwhile, the shaft serves as a critical connecting element; it requires a specific degree of elasticity to generate a rebound effect during force transmission, thereby enhancing shot speed and tactile feedback.

 

Design and Shape
Aerodynamic principles play a significant role in shaping the racket's design. For instance, the "wind-breaking" frame profile was developed to reduce air resistance during the swing, thereby increasing swing speed and the ability to execute rapid, consecutive shots. Additionally, optimizing the "sweet spot" (the effective hitting area) increases the margin for error, enabling players of varying skill levels to consistently strike the shuttlecock within the optimal zone and thus improve overall performance.
